How has it been 2 years since I’ve been to Joe?  It was the first coffee place in the neighborhood.  The one place in the coffee place dessert (I don’t count Starbucks).  We went every weekend, and it is where I found Doughnut Plant doughnuts.  And the Blue Bottle opened, and Mark thought Joe coffee was bitter…Saturday marked my return.  We needed to get to the North Fork bound bus at 9 and Joe opened at 7….you know what?  It was good.  It might be the fact they roast their own beans now.  Mark has now moved this up to the #2 spot after Blue Bottle, now above Pushcart Coffee.
