Where did this cold weather come from yesterday and then again today?  I heard sleet at midnight.  After my glorious 80 on Sunday?  Yesterday was a day to skip the gym and make a Skillet Sensations.  Yes, we were sucked into the purchase at Target.   We really don’t eat that much processed food, so it’s a treat.  And we ate the entire skillet!  This reminded me of the fresh fettuccini we got from Eataly on a recent weekend.  A big bowl of pasta, perfect on a cold night.   Now let it get warm again!
