The Food Hall at the Plaza has come a long way.  The first time we went, it was a little sparse, with just the Todd English area.  There are more than a few familiar vendors that have set up here:  Three Tarts, No 7 Sub, Tartinery, Lady M Cakes….more than enough to fulfill your sweet tooth or find a bite to eat.  We were in here the other weekend for lunch and picked up a tasty sandwich at No. 7 Sub (of Brooklyn and the Ace Hotel area).  Good people watching, too.
