Carol brought us pork buns on Friday, a special request from our Austin office vistor. I had to indulge. At about 11 am I found my yogurt just wasn’t enough to last through my noon conference call. The bread is slightly sweet and the pork filling is delicious. A perfect mid morning treat.
These are on my list to learn how to make from scratch. They look and taste so yummy!
